First of all, I'll tell you what this is all about. Hence the name Warrior Cats, it's about the awesome book series Warriors by Erin Hunter, or more specificly, the third series, named The Power of Three. In case you don't know what Warriors is about, it's about four clans of wild cats, RiverClan (Cats good at swimming, they mostly fish for their food), ShadowClan (Lives in shadowy marshes, commonly the antagonist), WindClan (Cats good at running fast, for the need to catch rabbits for food), and ThunderClan (Good hunters who lives in a leafy forest, the main characters) along with their ancestors, StarClan, who are kind of like heaven, and commonly send sign, prophocies, and omens to the living cats. Each clan has a leader who get nine lives from StarClan and who's name always end with "-star" (the current leaders are Firestar (ThunderClan), Leoaprdstar (RiverClan), Onestar (WindClan), and Blackstar (ShadowClan)), along with a deputy. A deputy is second-in-command of a clan, and will become leader after the leader dies (the current deputies are Brambleclaw (ThunderClan), Mistyfoot (RiverClan), Ashfoot (WindClan), and Russetfur (ShadowClan)). There's also a medicine cats who is like a medic for the clan, they're often the cat in the clan that is closest to StarClan, and they aren't aloud to have a mate or kits. The current medicine cats are Leafpool and her apprentice Jaypaw for ThunderClan, Mothwing and her apprentice Willowpaw for RiverClan, Barkface and his apprentice Kestralpaw for WindClan, and Littlecloud for ShadowClan. Next, there's the warriors, which most of the clans are made up of. There are way too many for me to tell you all, but warriors, deputies, queens, and medicine cats have many different possible name endings. Some common ones are -foot, -stripe, -claw, -tooth, -wing, -fall, -frost, -fur, -pelt, -storm, -wind, and -flight. Warriors often mentor apprentices, who's names always end in "-paw", like the main characters of Power of Three are Hollpaw, Jaypaw, and Lionpaw. Next are the kits, who's names always end in "-kit". Kits, as the name says, are kittens who become appremtices when are six moths (or "moons", as the Clan cats say) old. There's also queens, who are cats nursing or expecting kits. Then, there's the elders, whoa are warriors, queens, deptuies, and medicine cats who have retired. Leaders do not retire. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, that's pretty much all the basic info on the Clans.

So the cats age at the same rate as cats in this world?
